New organ, Alexander Schuke Orgelbau GmbH, 2013

The new Schuke organ in the Performing Arts Center in Pingtung (Taiwan) has III manuals and pedal with 45 stops on slider chests, which are controlled purely electrically.

The console is movable and can be used at organ level as well as on the orchestra podium. It can also be transported on the rollable platform by means of an elevator.

The disposition corresponds to a pure concert organ with French and German romantic influences but also with a speciality: the Flûte formosa 2′ made of bamboo as a tribute to the island of Taiwan, where bamboo plants can grow freely.
